1. Reports

1. Treasurer—Sonia Liedman some money came out for air conditioning.
2. Putting the parsonage house rent in the building fund.
3. Church is on budget.
4. Looking towards the end of the year should give us some money to the SWMN Synod.
5. Pastor’s Report: 

Samaritan Christmas boxes (First Lutheran, Julie Bredesen)
Noisy offering for hurricane Helene families.

Turn in 10 sermon notes by May 7th 2025
Volunteer work at 3 or more Church events throughout the year for example Christmas at Trinity, Mission Barbecue, Mission Auction, fall cleanup, serve fellowship time on Sunday morning, be the lector on Sunday mornings holidays or Wednesday evening worship Lent or Advent, usher volunteer to work with the youth children during Sunday school, church choir etc.
Attend confirmation camp at least once in the three years of confirmation
Prepared each week

*Trinity’s Backpack Blessing month will be April 2025 (Project Hope)
We will be supporting 17 families this school year. Each month the assigned congregation would raise $1020.00 to support the vouchers for families (if all are redeemed).  Outside of monetary donations you may also seek Thrivent dollars to which Brad will apply to our owed balance that month.

   1. Christian Education: Mission trip on its way.  July 13th through the 18th 2025 Omaha, Nebraska.  December 14th spaghetti feed and Santa.  First day of Sunday school went well.

Blessing of the animals at 2:00, October 13, 2024.

1. November 27th Thanksgiving Worship will be at Peace Lutheran in Cosmos at 6:00 pm.

   1. Fundraiser – Parsonage Repairs: Need to continue to raise funds.

   3. Kyle was absent.
   4. Joe did bring up that they were working in the parsonage to get it ready for renters.  Redoing the basement floor
