CALL TO ORDER 6:36 pm—Melissa Bergstrom, President 6:40 pm

   1. Secretary - Joe Jans
      1. Minutes from October 8, 2024.  Motion to approve: Kyle Larson; Second: Sonia; Motion carried
   2. Treasurer - Sonia Liedman 
      1. Made a payment for heating and cooling from Atwater for the new air conditioners.
      2. Garbage and electric turned over to the new renters.
      3. Parsonage house will be taxed for 2026
   3. Pastor’s Report: 
      1. Pastor Donna was on vacation so there was no pastor report.

      1. More fundraising for mission trip.
   2. Organizations & Activities (Fellowship)--
      1. Council will be making soup and sandwiches the third Advent Wednesday.

      1. Annual Reviews
      2. Will be setting up interviews in the next months
      3. Craig Kimmerle
         1. Kyle Larson made a motion to hire Craig Kimmerle for $ 370.00 a month starting in January and Sonia seconded it.
   6. Worship, Music, & Arts - Pam
      1. Everything’s ready for Advent service.
   7. Properties - Kyle
      1. Fundraiser – Parsonage Repairs:  Need to continue to raise funds.
      2. Kyle made a new motion to purchase a new vacuum, not exceeding over $900; Jake seconded it.
   8. Endowment Committee:  No report
   9. COOP News:  N/A

   1. Membership List
      1. Missy continues to document on a spreadsheet who has participated in communion.

 

1. New Business
   1. Annual meeting is scheduled for January 26th. Back-up date February 2nd. 
   2. Jake made a motion to donate the coffee money to Dennis & Marcia Brown’s son and family for the hurricane. Kyle seconded it.
