CALL TO ORDER - Melissa Bergstrom, President    Meeting was called to order at 6:33 pm by President Missy Bergstrom

a. Secretary - Joe Jans
i. Minutes from February 11, 2025, Motion: Kyle Larsen, Second: Chris Slinden Motion Carried
b. Treasure - Sonia Liedman
i. Offering revenues were down from January and expenses were about the same.  We do have about $900 from Advent suppers.  Discussion about what to use the money for was discussed. The thought is to make a matching fund for the Serve Boldly 2025 mission trip. Kyle made a motion to accept. Chris Slinden seconded the motion.  Motion carried.
c. Pastor’s Report: 
i. Caysen Slinden will make his First Communion on April 27.
ii. On April 6 there will be a baptism during the worship service.  The family will be using the Fellowship Hall for a family meal after the service.
iii. May 18: Senior Recognition Sunday with a Potato Bake fundraising event for the 2025 Serve Boldly Mission Trip.
iv. Round Robin Midweek Lent services.  There will be visiting Crow River Conference pastors at Trinity as guest pastors, and I will be at their churches.

2 Committee Reports
a. Christian Education and Youth – Willis
i. Palm Sunday, the Sunday school kids will sing.
b. Organizations & Activities (Fellowship – Jake)
i. Coffee Money – May, June, July will go to help with greening up the front of church.
ii. Council will be serving the meal on March 12 before worship
c. Finance & Stewardship – Sonia: No report
d. Missions & Outreach Ministry – Working on the Backpack program for the month of April there are 18 students/families who receive a voucher for food.
e. Personnel – Joe
i. Annual Reviews - Janitors
f. Sunday morning Accompanist Worship, Music, & Arts - Pam 
i. Worship Committee met on March 4, 2025 - doing a good job.
g. Properties - Kyle
i. Fundraiser – Parsonage Repairs
ii. Church Roof think to start in May sometime

1. Continuing to work on all the projects

i. COOP News: Trinity will host the May 25, 2025 COOP Worship Service

c. Council Member retreat comeing up with date and place for next month.
d. Watched Increasing membership video.

4 New Business
a. Business Card:  Missy brought up the idea of having business sized cards that have a message about “praying for you” that members could handout to people they meet
b. Website: Discussed possible updates to the website or making changes
