CALL TO ORDER 6:36 pm—Melissa Bergstrom, President

1. Treasurer—Sonia Liedman 
   1. Coffee money January February April cemetery.  March will go to the food shelf.   Jake made a motion to approve Klye seconded. Motion Carried

 
Pastor’s Report: 

1. February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 p.m. is Crow River annual conference gathering place be determined.
2. Continuing growth pathway $600 annual fee.
3. Pastor Tom reported that the Synod Assembly will be the first weekend in June 2025

   1. Christian Education: working on the Mission Trip and “get to know each other” events are being scheduled
   2. Organizations & Activities (Fellowship)--

Lent money will go to the food shelf Jake made the motion Pam seconded it. Motion carried.

Still working on reviews going to try to set up a date with the janitors.
