CALL TO ORDER 6:36 pm—Melissa Bergstrom, President 710
Members Present: Kyle Larsen, Joe Jans, Pam Bagley, Missy Bergstrom, Willis Chase, Pastor Donna Putney, Chris Slinden, Sonia Liedman, Jake Boonstra

FAITHFUL INNOVATIONS
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:  Motion: by Pam second by Sonia
Amendment to last month donating hurricane relief money to Dennis and Marsha Brown’s son Aaron and family.  

1. Reports
   1. Secretary- Joe Jans
      1. Minutes from November 12th 2024 Motion to approve: by Willis second by Pam.
   2. Treasurer—Sonia Liedman 
      1. We are in the Black up till November doing good so far.
      2. Joe made a motion to give $12,000 to the SWMN Synod Kyle seconded it.
      3. A motion was made to give May through December coffee money to the Omaha mission trip Pam seconded it.
      4. A motion was made to approve the Proposed 2025 budget. Jake seconded it.
   3. Pastor’s Report:      
      1. Housing allowance document letter 2025
      2. Visitations are going well. Becky Vann has volunteered as a Trinity Visitor to distribute communion to people she visits.
      3. Pastor will turn in mileage at the end of December.
      4. Pastor Donna will be on vacation between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

      2. A motion was made to approve the 6% raise for Becky. Willis seconded it.

      1.  Everything’s ready for Advent service.

   1. Fundraiser – Parsonage Repairs:  Need to continue to raise funds.
   2. A motion was made to approve $1,000 to Engan ASSO design service (assist with paint colors and other things for the parsonage).  Willis seconded it.
